Refund and Returns Policy


If you have prepaid for a service, you may reschedule or cancel with up to 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment and you are not able to reschedule, you may request a refund up to 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment.

No refunds will be given for services or events if you fail to attend.

If you have scheduled an in person appointment without prepaying for your service and you fail to attend, you will be charged a no-show fee of £15 to cover the lost cost of the room rental for your service.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
